We offer a range of services for both Out Of Home Care & NDIS participants. 

Family Contact

ARA is dedicated to providing safe spaces and visits where participants can meet their family members or significant others where everyone is comfortable, safe and secure in each other’s company.

Mentoring

ARA focuses on building local/community supports for the individual in preparation for an increased capacity of independent living.

 

Aftercare

ARA will support you in that “next step” of life. We offer practical assistance and emotional support for young people working one on one with the individual to achieve “their leaving care plan”.

Transport

ARA provides access to a range of different door to door services that can assist them to get out and about in the community whether it be to learning institutions, work, appointments and more.

NDIS Household Tasks

Our supports will assist participant’s to undertake and/or develop skills to maintain their home environment. The service includes assisting participant’s with domestic needs in the house and yard.

 

NDIS Assist Travel/Transport

Our travel and transport services enables participant’s to access community supports for educational, recreational and vocational purposes.

 

NDIS Innovative Community Participation

Our innovative services will lead to improved wellbeing for our participants. Our services emphasis on achieving outcomes in relation to health, employment, education and overall life satisfaction.

NDIS Support Coordination

ARA strengthen participants abilities to connect to and coordinate informal, mainstream and funded supports. This includes developing capacity building & coordinating supports from a range of sources.

NDIS Support Connection

If you are a parent or carer of a child with a disability, ARA can assist you with the vital task of strengthening a participant’s ability to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports.

NDIS Increased Social and Community Participation

ARA aims to give people with disabilities the experience, skills and information to manage the transition to more independent living, through increased social and community participation.

All ARA Staff have a current Working with Children’s Clearance, National Criminal Check and a First Aid Certificate.
